Clinical Mental Health Specialization

I believe that reaching out for support is rarely easy, and that the courage it takes to take that step is usually where real change quietly begins. My role is to offer a space where you feel supported as we work through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions — the racing thoughts, the confidence that's quietly eroded, the arguments that feel like reruns, the transitions that upend how you see yourself.

Years in Practice

I came to this work by way of an unconventional path — a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Psychology, from Wilfrid Laurier University. That foundation now feeds into my Master's in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Along the way, I've worked across mental health settings with clients ranging from children to adults.

Therapeutic Approaches

My approach is grounded in humanistic principles, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create tools tailored to your family, culture, and values, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework. Additionally, mindfulness techniques are incorporated to assist with emotional regulation.
