Clinical Mental Health Specialization

I bring warmth, curiosity, and an open, nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I believe each person carries an inner strength and wisdom that can guide their healing. Years in Practice

My journey toward becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep belief in the power of connection, empathy, and community. Before beginning my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, I built a career in public relations and later as a small business owner—roles that allowed me to create welcoming spaces and foster open dialogue.

Therapeutic Approaches

I work from an integrative, client-centered framework, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I have a particular interest in supporting women and families throughout the perinatal period, as well as clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. My approach blends emotional attunement with practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges and cultivate resilience.
