AVAILABLE IN-PERSON
Clinical Mental Health Specialization
Everyone deserves a kind, genuine, and attuned partner to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. I offer a trauma-informed, culturally aware, and collaboratively structured approach to support emotional insight, relational understanding, and meaningful change. Working under clinical supervision, I welcome adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and trauma-related experiences within my scope of practice. When specialized trauma treatment is required, I collaborate or refer to ensure clients receive the most appropriate care.
Years in Practice
Before entering the field of psychotherapy, I spent three decades in executive and consulting roles focused on communication, leadership, and guiding others through periods of intense transition and demand. This background now informs my clinical presence as a therapist — grounded, steady, curious, and attuned to both emotional experience and practical needs. In addition to my executive experience, education and clinical training, I volunteer as a crisis line responder, supporting individuals experiencing distress, overwhelm, and instability through active listening and solution-focused dialogue.
Therapeutic Approaches
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs by integrating psychodynamic and relational therapy, attachment-based perspectives, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed practice (not trauma specialization). I strive to strengthen emotional awareness, improve relational patterns, and support clients in developing tools that align with their personal goals and values.
