Clinical Mental Health Specialization

I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, ensuring that each person feels heard and understood. I am deeply committed to assisting clients in managing their emotions, developing effective coping strategies, processing emotional experiences, identifying and building on strengths and solutions, and fostering resilience and self-efficacy. Choosing to start therapy is a brave and empowering decision that marks the beginning of your journey towards personal growth and healing. I am committed to supporting you every step of the way by offering a safe and supportive space. 

Years in Practice

As a Social Worker (Qualifying), I have had the privilege of working in the community for over 15 years. This work has allowed me to support individuals, couples and families of diverse backgrounds. I am currently earning my Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. 

Therapeutic Approaches

My approach is customized to meet the unique needs of each client by incorporating various therapeutic methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
